Scattered showers/storms through Friday and this weekend
Wednesday morning was fairly sunny in many locations across central and south Alabama. However, showers and storms were moving north through south-central Alabama during the late morning into the afternoon. Rain gradually spreads north across our area during the rest of the day, with a scattered coverage of showers and storms. Otherwise, expect a partly cloudy sky with high temperatures in the upper 80s to low 90s.
Most of Wednesday’s rain fades away Wednesday night. The sky remains partly to mostly cloudy with lows near 70°. Showers and storms become scattered to numerous again Thursday and Friday afternoon, with some lingering into each evening.
