Dads Enjoy Watching Biscuits Baseball With Their Families on Father’s Day

To celebrate Father’s Day, lots of baseball-loving dads took their families to Riverwalk Stadium to watch the Montgomery Biscuits wrap up their series against the Birmingham Barons. It was a fun way to relax, and the ballpark gave away special Father’s Day Cooler Bags to some of the lucky dads who attended Sunday’s game.

Even more good news, the Biscuits won Sunday’s game beating the Barons 2 to 1.  Avery Brown is a proud father who brought his family to the game. “I couldn’t ask for anything more. I felt the love from my kids, and that’s the only thing that a father can really ask for is to feel appreciated and loved during our special day,” said Brown.

Chris Ducote attended the game with his wife and three young children. “Hey, it’s been a great day so far. We got to go to church together this morning. Actually my kiddos and my wife helped make me breakfast this morning too, so it was very special. And then we headed down to meet with my family here at the game, and we’ve been enjoying the game ever since,” said Ducote.

And since today was also Bark in the Park sponsored by Action 8 News, lots of dogs and their baseball-loving humans enjoyed the game as well.
