Man killed in crash involving two motorcycles in Covington County

A man has been killed in a crash involving two motorcycles in Covington County.

Alabama State Troopers say the crash happened at about 1:50AM yesterday on Covington County Road 102, near Alabama Highway 137, about 10 miles south of Andalusia.

State troopers say 21-year-old Jackson Poole of Youngsville, Louisiana, was critically injured when the motorcycle he was driving hit the rear-end of a motorcycle driven by 19-year-old Elijah Bradley of Andalusia.

Poole was taken to Andalusia Health for treatment but was transferred to HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, where he died.

Bradley was also injured and taken to Andalusia Health for medical treatment.
