Montgomery Public Schools requiring registration to be completed online
Starting with the upcoming 2025-2026 school year, Montgomery Public Schools will require students to register online.
All students, both new and returning, must complete registration through PowerSchool in order to be fully enrolled and prepared for the first day of school on August 5.
To ensure students have access to class schedules, system-issued devices, and transportation updates, registration must be completed by July 30.
Parents and guardians must use the New Student or Current Student Registration link in PowerSchool, depending on their child’s enrollment status.
To support families in need of assistance with online registration, on-site support will be available during scheduled office hours and at the MPS MPACT Center located at 2901 East South Boulevard from 8AM-3PM until July 25.
Parents or guardians must provide valid identification and be listed in PowerSchool to receive on-site support for a current student.
