Investigation continues into disappearance of Demopolis woman

From the West Alabama Newsroom–

Nearly 10 years ago — a 26 year old Demopolis woman mysteriously vanished without a trace.

Now authorities are marking the anniversary of the case — by ramping up the investigation into her disappearance.

Waka Coldmissing0812 PkgRebecca Henderson-Paulk was last seen on September 8th of 2015.

Her car was found a day later — in Lauderdale County, Mississippi — near the state line.

A bi-state multi-agency missing persons investigation remains ongoing.

Janet Henderson is the missing woman’s mother.

“I think about her everyday. And I cry everyday,” said Henderson.

“This has been the worst thing we’ve ever gone through. I mean, as her mom it, just tears me up, not being able to know what happened to her.”

There’s a $31,000 reward offered in the case.
