Suspect charged in Montgomery homicide
Montgomery police have charged a suspect in a fatal shooting last month.
Officers were called around 9:33 p.m. on Tuesday, July 22 to a local hospital on a person shot.
Once they arrived, they located 22-year-old Tyler Cleveland with a life-threatening gunshot wound. Cleveland died from his injuries the next day.
Investigators later determined that the incident took place in the 2100 block of Mona Lisa Drive.
Montgomery police have charged a juvenile male with murder.
The suspect, who has not been identified due to him being underage, was taken into custody on Monday and placed in the Montgomery County Youth Detention Facility.
