Weekend Weather Forecast
Our spring-like weather continues into the weekend. Look for lots of sunshine along with temperatures topping out in the upper 70s to 80 degrees in spots. Record highs are in the low 80s for this time of the year and we have a shot at them both days. A cold front moves toward the area Sunday afternoon. This system will bring in a line of showers/t-storms. Many of the severe storm parameters are low, so the threat has decreased with this system. While we don’t see a significant storm event coming with this system, we still believe strong winds and heavy rain will move through here late Sunday night into early Monday. The storms enter west Alabama around 8pm and exit east Alabama around 2AM Monday. Have a super weekend!
