Selma Housing Authority executives win city-wide offices in Selma

The change vote in Selma municipal election included two city-wide positions in races that have already been settled.

Waka Twopresidents0828 PkgKennard Randolph and Cicely Curtis are both a part of the executive leadership team at the Selma Housing Authority.

President and CEO Kennard Randolph is the City Council President-Elect.

“For me it’s about being a servant leader. It’s about being able to compromise, being a listener and one who’s willing to do whatever it takes to grow the city,” said Randolph.

COO Cicely Curtis is the School Board President-Elect.

“We are going to get this right. And we’re going to do what’s right by children, by educators, whatever we need to do to move our school district forward. That’s what I’m committed to doing,” said Curtis.

Both officially take office on Monday, November 3rd.
