ACTION 8 UPDATE: Woman charged in fatal stabbing in Montgomery

ACTION 8 UPDATE: Montgomery police have charged a woman with murder in a fatal stabbing.

Police say 20-year-old Derrickanna Dunklin is charged with killing 19-year-old Ahmari Capleton.

As Action 8 News has reported, on Sunday, September 21, at about 2:11AM, police were called to a hospital where two women were receiving treatment for stab wounds. Capleton was later pronounced dead.

Police say the stabbing happened in the 3200 block of Raintree Drive.

Dunklin is being held in the Montgomery County Detention Facility.
