Wetumpka man killed in pickup truck crash in Elmore County
A Wetumpka man has been killed after crashing his pickup truck in Elmore County.
Alabama State Troopers say 54-year-old Matthew Palmgren was driving the truck, which left the road and overturned. Investigators say he wasn’t using a seat belt, was thrown from the wreckage and died at the scene.
The wreck happened at about 5:48PM on Alabama Highway 111, about nine miles south of Wetumpka.
No other information has been released.
