ACTION 8 UPDATE: Second victim dies in Montgomery shooting

ACTION 8 UPDATE: Montgomery police have confirmed that the second person involved in a shooting on Halloween night has died.

Montgomery police Cpl. James Dozier told Action 8 News that the shooting happened at about 10:34PM in the 3800 block of Haynes Lane. That is just off of Perry Hill Road.

Dozier said officers found a woman who was pronounced dead at the scene. He says a man suffered a life-threatening injury and was taken to a hospital where he died.

Dozier said one victim appeared to suffer from self-inflicted gunshot wounds. He said at this time, the incident is believed to be domestic related.
