Action 8’s Magical Christmas Toy Drive: Richard Holman from the Shoppes at EastChase
For a dozen years, Action 8 has presented our Magical Christmas Toy Drive to benefit the Salvation Army of Montgomery. One of our partners is The Shoppes at EastChase.
From now through December 10, we are collecting new, unwrapped toys that will be distributed to registered families right here in our area.
Our Darryl Hood spoke with Richard Holman from the Shoppes at EastChase to find out more about why it’s so important to be involved.
“We’ve learned that every year as this grows and grows and the lives of families that are touched by it, it makes us keep wanting to do it more and more. We are here to serve others and come Christmas morning, we want to put a smile on a kid’s face,” Holman said.
Once again this year, our Toy Vault is at the Shoppes at EastChase, to the left of Books-a-Million. In the weeks to come, that space will be filled with toys, thanks to our viewers and our sponsors.
