The Warm Up Continues For Now
We continue to see a warming trend sticking around and we could be nudging 80 degrees at some point. The coldest air is long gone and we’re even starting out each morning a little milder. Rain is needed but our chances are slim over the next several days.
Thursday’s temps start out in the mid to upper 40s and warm into the mid 70s by the afternoon. A mostly sunny sky and warmer southerly winds will support a warming trend that will continue through the rest of the work week and upcoming weekend. Mid to upper 70s are likely both Saturday and Sunday.
A frontal system will begin to make a run at the state around the middle of next week. Moisture will be on the increase and we’re introducing the chance of rain Tuesday. We expect rain chances to increase as the front works through the area later in the week.
