Marbury man killed in Autauga County crash
A single-vehicle crash in Autauga County has claimed the life of an Marbury man.
It happened around 10:00 p.m. Friday on Autauga County 131, approximately four miles southeast of Marbury.
State troopers say 55-year-old Daniel Weathers was fatally injured when the truck he was driving left the roadway and overturned.
Officials say Weathers, who was not wearing a seat belt at the time, struck a ditch. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
