Millbrook police say four Montgomery men are in custody on drugs and weapons charges.

Police Chief PK Johnson says on Monday, his officers arrested 20-year-old Dillan Ousley, 24-year-old Xzander Duncan, 20-year-old Trayontez Love, and 18-year-old Keldrick Martin after pulling them over on Highway 14 near I-65.

According to Chief Johnson, officers found probable cause to search the vehicle after they smelled marijuana coming from it.

In addition to finding marijuana, the search yielded various narcotics, prescription medications and four semi-automatic pistols. Investigators say one of the weapons appeared to have been modified with a part that potentially converted the pistol into a fully automatic firearm.

All four suspects have been charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd degree, illegal possession of prescription drugs, and multiple counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

In addition, Martin was also charged with possession of parts designed/intended to convert a pistol into a machine gun.

All four were booked into the Elmore County Jail.
