Man arrested in September homicide
Montgomery police have charged a suspect in a September homicide.
It happened around 3:43 a.m. in the 3100 block of Virginia Loop Road.
After receiving a call regarding a structure fire, they found 50-year-old Timeko Coleman dead from blunt force trauma.
Montgomery police have charged 53-year-old Kurtavious Davis with capital murder.
Davis was taken into custody on November 19 and booked into the Montgomery County Detention Facility.
