Action 8’s Magical Christmas Toy Drive: Richard Holman from the Shoppes at Eastchase
For a dozen years, Action 8 has presented our Magical Christmas Toy Drive to benefit the Salvation Army of Montgomery. One of our partners is the Shoppes at Eastchase
From now through December 10, we are collecting new, unwrapped toys that will be distributed to registered families right here in our area.
Our Shane Butler spoke with Richard Holman at the Shoppes at Eastchase to find out more about why it’s so important for them to be involved.
“When you see kids that are blessed, they have smiles on their face and they light up on Christmas Day because they were given gifts that they might not get, it blesses us. We might not be there, but we’re blessed by it,” said Holman.
Once again this year, our Toy Vault is at the Shoppes at EastChase, to the left of Books-a-Million. In the weeks to come, that space will be filled with toys, thanks to our viewers and our sponsors.
