Annual Holiday House underway in Selma
From the West Alabama Newsroom–
The 47th Annual Holiday House is in full swing this week in Selma.
Holiday House kicks off the holiday shopping season in the Queen City each year.
The annual Christmas tradition is the main fundraiser for the Selma-Dallas County Historic Preservation Society.
The event features over two dozen vendors with one-of-a-kind — hand-crafted — and vintage gift items for sale.
“Lots of items for you to have for gifts, for men, for women, for children,” said Holiday House volunteer Candi Duncan.
“It’s like shopping in 25 different stores all in one spot.”
Holiday House is located at 622 McLeod Avenue. It’s open everyday this week from 9 am to 5:30.
It wraps up on Saturday.
