More rain late Wednesday, sunshine but cold and windy Thursday
Wednesday started wet with a round of rain during the early morning. Our area dried out during the late morning and afternoon, but another round of rain arrives late Wednesday afternoon, lingering through Wednesday evening. The next round of rain arrives in advance of a cold front, which pushes through our area overnight. The sky clears quickly behind the front, and temperatures fall quickly into the low 30s Thursday morning.
However, wind chill values may be in the 20s early Thursday. Despite sunshine, temperatures only warm into the 40s Thursday afternoon, with wind chills in the 30s throughout the day. Thursday night looks very cold, with lows in the low to mid 20s. Temperatures rebound to near 60° with abundant sunshine Friday. However, another cold front arrives Friday night, with another round of showers as it rolls through our area.
