Low-Fat Milk Could Lead to Osteoarthritis

A new study finds women who frequently consume fat-free or low-fat milk or cheese may delay the progression of osteoarthritis of the knee.

Researchers from Brigham and Women’s hospital in Boston studied  over 2 thousand people with the degenerative joint disease.

They did not find milk had the same effect on men in the study.
