Meteorological Spring Is Underway!
Meteorological spring is underway and it’s going to feel like it all week. We’re expecting high temperatures to soar into the 80s most of this week. The chance for showers returns to the area around Thursday. Rain chances may creep up slightly over the weekend.
In the meantime, high pressure will be the main weather feature impacting our weather. Mainly sunny and dry conditions will prevail through midweek. Temperatures warm and we top out in the upper 70s to low 80s. Overnight temperatures fall into the upper 50s to low 60s.
Moisture gradually increases late this week. We could start to see a few showers developing around Thursday. Rain chances may increase slightly this weekend. Temperatures still manage to climb into the 80s for highs with lows only in the low 60s.
A reminder: this will be the weekend we move our clocks ahead one hour before going to bed Saturday night.
