8 ON YOUR SIDE CONSUMER ALERT: Weber is recalling more than 3.2 million metal wire bristle grill brushes because the bristles can break off.
Those bristles can stick to the grill or food. If swallowed, they can cause serious internal injuries that may require surgery.

The company says it’s aware of at least 38 reports of bristles detaching. That includes four cases where people swallowed the metal pieces and needed medical treatment.
The brushes, with plastic or wood handles, were sold at stores including Lowe’s, Home Depot, Ace Hardware and Target.
They were also sold online at Amazon and on Weber’s website.
You should stop using the brushes immediately and contact Weber for a replacement.
