Montgomery police investigate stabbing
MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WAKA) – Montgomery police have confirmed to Action 8 News that they are investigating a stabbing.
Montgomery police Lt. Tina McGriff says officers were called to Rita Lane, where they found a woman who suffered a stab wound. McGriff says the woman’s injury isn’t believed to be life-threatening.
McGriff says the preliminary investigation determined that the stabbing happened in the 1200 block of W. South Boulevard at about 9:15PM last night.
She says two suspects were taken into custody with charges pending.
