Golfers hit the links in Birdies for Babies tournament
MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WAKA) – River Region golfers hit the links this week for a tournament that will help support babies in the NICU.
Baptist Health held its 31st Annual Birdies for Babies Golf Tournament at Wynlakes Country Club in Montgomery.
Over 350 golfers were on-hand for the two-day event.
This year’s tournament raised $215,000.
All of the funds from the event benefit the Neonatal Intensive Care Units at Baptist Health.
