Rabid Fox Attacks Boy in Montgomery County

The state health department has confirmed that a child is undergoing treatment after being attacked by a rabid fox in Montgomery County.

Officials say a boy was attacked on Friday in Ramer. Since then, the fox has been killed and the  boy has begun treatments

State health officials say this is the first rabid fox they have seen reported in recent years.
