Millbrook man arrested for solicitation of a child

MILLBROOK, Ala. (WAKA) – Millbrook police have arrested a man for solicitation of a child.

Police Chief PK Johnson tells Action 8 News that his department received a complaint that a 16-year-old male had been solicited by an adult male for pictures.

Upon further investigation, the suspect was identified as 65-year-old David Horn, of Millbrook.

Chief Johnson said a search warrant was executed at Horn’s home on Wednesday.

During the search, detectives found probably cause that the offense had occurred.

He was taken into custody and charged with Criminal Solicitation of Production of Child Sexual Abuse Material, which is a Class B felony.

Horn is currently in the Elmore County Jail on no bond.
