8 ON YOUR SIDE CONSUMER ALERT: Stomach remedy being recalled

8 ON YOUR SIDE CONSUMER ALERT (WAKA) – A well-known stomach remedy product sold at grocery and drug stores is being recalled.

The recall involves some versions of Gas-X products.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration says some soft gels might contain coolant that leaked in from a machine while they were being made.

The company that makes Gas-X says there have been no reports of illness.

The recall only involves some Gas-X products, not all of them.
