Get ready to celebrate America’s 250th birthday early at Pike Road’s Summerfest

PIKE ROAD, Ala. (WAKA) – Get ready to celebrate America’s 250th birthday early in the Town of Pike Road.

Summerfest will take place on Thursday, June 25 at the Pike Road Agriculture, Recreation and Performing Arts Park on Trotman Road.

Activities will begin at 6:00 p.m. with fireworks ending the night just after dark.

Officials say people can expect food trucks, activities for the kids, music and much more. It is free to attend.
