Pets of the Week: June 22

It’s the beginning of the week, which means it’s time to introduce the Montgomery Humane Society’s Pets of the Week.

This week we have Bootsie and Prince.

Bootsie is a 2 and a half year old Tuxedo cat. He can be a bit shy at first, but he warms up to people pretty quickly and becomes extra clingy. Bootsie has a unique eye feature called ‘Corneal Scarring,’ which just means he has a deep scratch on his eye that does not cause him any pain or affect his sight at all.

Prince is a 1 and a half year old Terrier mix dog. He is a super sweet and gentle dog that enjoys being around people, kids, and other dogs. Before Prince was brought to the shelter, he was a stray who was hit by a car and had severe road rash over most of his body. He has since healed up and is ready to take on the next chapter of his life: finding his furever family.

Not only would Bootsie and Prince make great pets, they would also be amazing additions to your family.

If you are interested in adopting or fostering Bootsie or Prince, they are available for adoption at the Montgomery Humane Society. Just head down and mention their name at the front desk or visit their website.
