MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WAKA) – Two more suspects have been arrested in a Montgomery shootout that injured two men.

It happened around 3:50 p.m. on May 30 at a business in the 2800 block of East South Boulevard.

Officers responded to a local hospital after receiving a call regarding a person arriving with a gunshot wound. The adult male had non-life threatening injuries.

A second male victim was located at the scene with also non-life threatening gunshot wound. The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

20-year-old Eric Tillman and 18-year-old Ronterrius Courtland were taken into custody this week. A third suspect, a juvenile male, was taken into custody while trying to leave the scene of the shooting.

According to court records, two businesses, one of which was a barbershop, and a vehicle, were damaged in the gunfire exchange. Records say Tillman in the vehicle at the time, while Courtland was the passenger, but Tillman told police he did not know Courtland.

Tillman is charged with 2 counts of shooting into an occupied building/vehicle, hindering prosecution and two counts of discharging a gun into an unoccupied building/vehicle. His bond is $165,000.

Courtland is charged with attempted murder,  2 counts of shooting into an occupied building/vehicle and two counts of discharging a gun into an unoccupied building/vehicle. His bond is $210,000.

The juvenile male was charged with Certain Persons Forbidden to Carry a Firearm.

Both men are in the Montgomery County Detention Facility, while the juvenile male was taken to the Montgomery County Youth Facility.
