1 dead, 1 injured in West Montgomery shooting
MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WAKA) – Montgomery police are investigating a shooting that left one and another injured.
It happened around 7:52 p.m. Saturday in the 1500 block of Westcott Street.
Once officers arrived, they located an adult male with fatal injuries from a gunshot wound. The unidentified male victim was pronounced dead on the scene.
Police also located an adult female with non-life threatening injuries from a gunshot wound. The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
No word on a suspect at this time.
