ACTION 8 UPDATE: Man charged in death of missing man in Montgomery
MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WAKA) – Montgomery police have charged a man with capital murder in the death of a man who had been reported missing.
Police say they’ve charged 27-year-old Demontra Murphy with the death of 28-year-old Tyrent Williams.
As Action 8 News has reported, Williams was found dead just after noon on Sunday, June 21, in the 200 block of Ann Street. Police say he had a gunshot wound.
