Clouds, rain keep Tuesday cooler, then hotter, drier through Friday
Tuesday morning was mostly cloudy again, keeping temperatures cooler than usual through midday on a mid-July day. Scattered showers and storms formed mostly west of I-65 by early Tuesday afternoon. Scattered to numerous showers and storms cover our area Tuesday afternoon, and linger into the evening. Otherwise, the sky remains mostly cloudy with highs in the mid to upper 80s. Rain fades away Tuesday night, with a mostly cloudy sky and lows in the low 70s.
