Plenty of things to do at Montgomery Whitewater
MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WAKA) – The summer might be winding down, but there’s plenty still happening at Montgomery Whitewater.
If you and your family members are competitive, the whitewater facility will holding the last Family Game Night presented by MAX Credit Union of the season. It gets started at 6:00 p.m.
If you have a love for all things nature, Nature School presented by MAX Credit Union will run from August 8 through November 28.
This event takes place every Saturday and features a hands-on outdoor learning program designed to spark curiosity, build confidence and foster a lifelong connection to the natural world.
Students will explore plants, animals and ecosystems of the River Region through age-appropriate outdoor activities and much more.
And don’t forget to lace up your running shoes because Montgomery Whitewater will be once again hosting the Labor Day 5K and Lil Tri on Saturday, September 5.
