Third Suspect Arrested in 2015 Homicide

Montgomery Police have arrested a third suspect in a 2015 homicide investigation.

18-year-old Jaderrian Hardy of Montgomery has been charged with one count of capital murder in the murder 18-year-old Brandon Brown of Montgomery. Hardy was charged Tuesday in the Montgomery County Detention Facility, where he is being held on an unrelated charge.

Brown was shot in the 5700 block of Gas Light Curve on February 22, 2015. He was pronounced dead at a local hospital where he had been receiving treatment Friday, February 25th. Jhavarske Jackson, 18, and Lakeith Smith, 16, were each charged with one count of reckless murder last year.
