Names of finalists in Selma Police Chief search released

From the West Alabama Newsroom–

We now know the four finalists in the search to find the next Selma Police Chief and the schedule for their interviews.

Each finalist will be interviewed at a special called city council meeting at the Selma Convention Center Friday afternoon.

Theophilus Smith with the Jefferson Co. Sheriff’s Office will be interviewed at 1 pm.

Followed by Ettice Brickus with the Montgomery Police Department at 1:30.

Robbie Autery with the 17th Judicial Drug Task Force will be interviewed at 2 pm.

And Kenny Harden with the Wilcox Co. Sheriff’s Office is set to interview at 2:30.

The meeting is open to the public — and residents are encouraged to attend.
