ACTION 8 UPDATE: Montgomery police release name of homicide victim

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WAKA) – Montgomery police have released the name of the person shot and killed on Taylor Street.

Police say 34-year-old Michael Miller of Montgomery was killed in the 800 block of Taylor Street.

As Action 8  News has reported, the shooting happened around 6PM on Saturday, September 5. Miller was pronounced dead at the scene.
