Montgomery police investigating shooting that left man injured

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WAKA) – Montgomery police are investigating a shooting that has left a man with injuries.

Montgomery police Lt. J. Scott Dunn told Action 8 News the shooting happened at about 7PM last night in the 200 block of East Woodland Drive. That location is between South Court Street and Norman Bridge Road, just inside the bypass.

Police found a man with a gunshot wound. He was taken to a hospital with what is believed to be a non-life threatening injury.
