$5,000 reward offered in hopes of solving Auburn cold case murder

AUBURN, Ala. (WAKA) – A $5,000 reward is now being offered in the hopes of solving the cold case killing of an Auburn man.

Herman “Ce-Ce” Lane was found dead at his home on North Dean Road in Auburn on March 4, 2017. Investigators say he was the victim of a homicide.

The Auburn Police Department continues to seek information that could help solve the case. Investigators say no leads have led them to a suspect.
