New program helps Montgomery restaurants gear up for holiday rush

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WAKA) — Montgomery’s hospitality industry can prepare for the busy holiday season with a new program designed to help restaurants improve operations, strengthen team communication and prioritize employee wellness.

The Peak Season Pilot program aims to help restaurants navigate the demands of the holiday rush by providing support before and during the peak season.

Kenya Morris of Dining1on1 and Danielle O’Bryant of Daboss Inc. spoke with Action 8’s Estee Morrison about the program and how it could benefit restaurants and other local businesses as they prepare for increased seasonal demand.

The program runs from Oct. 1 through Dec. 31. A limited number of spots are available. For more information, send an email to HSMGM@dining1on1.com. You can also go to HospitalityStrongMGM.com.
