Murder Suspect’s Bond Amount Cut In Half

A man charged after a December murder in Highland Home, today has his bond cut in half.
Vincent Lowe was in Crenshaw County court today.Â
Â
He’s charged with murder after police say he shot the victim, Albert Lee twice in the head.
Â
His bond was set at $500,000 after his arrest in December.
Â
Today his defense attorney asked his bond be lowered to $50,000.
Â
The judge granted the bond to be dropped to $250,000.
Â
But, if Lowe bonds out, the judge ordered conditions including that he must wear an ankle monitor, stay in Conecuh County where he has family- and is only able to leave under special circumstances.
