The rain activity will depart with skies becoming partly cloudy overnight. Looks like sunshine and drier conditions are coming back tomorrow. High pressure returns providing us a mostly sunny and mild weekend. Temps will top out in the upper 60s to lower 70s for highs. Looking ahead, a rather warm period is setting up for most of next week. High temps will be approaching 80 degrees by Wednesday. A ridge of high pressure will be strong east of us and that may block any storms from moving in from the west. If so, most of next week could be dry and very spring-like.
