The presidential race is heating up.
It’s another Super Tuesday and some key states are at stake. Political analyst Steve Flowers says this primary election could determine the fate of Marco Rubio and John Kasich. Both Republican candidates are vying for votes in their home states.
Flowers says it’s especially important for Rubio to win Florida.

“If he can’t carry his home state, then he becomes totally irrelevant in the process. He may be irrelevant already. Kasich, on the other hand, is projected to carry his home state of Ohio where he is sitting governor. So this time next week I’d say you may have a three man race in the primary with Trump, Cruz and Kasich,” said Flowers.
As for the Democratic race, Flowers says even though Bernie Sanders seems to be doing well in the polls, that is not translating to the delegate count. He will have to win more states to stay in the race against Hillary Clinton.
