The investigation into possible government corruption continues…a special Lee County grand jury is scheduled to meet again today. The session is regarding the case of representative barry moore of enterprise. In april, he turned himself in on accusations of perjury and giving false statements to law enforcement. Earlier in the month, Representative Greg Wren of Montgomery pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor ethics charge and agreed to cooperate with state investigators.
