Food Truck Coming To Troy

 

Final approval for the Cooking With Faith food truck came at the Troy board of adjustments meeting tonight. 

 

The owner says there’s nothing like it in the city right now and he will have the truck split between two locations on Thursdays through Saturday. 

 

It will be off U.S. Highway 231 next to a paint and body shop and on Hanchey Street.

 

The truck will serve burgers, wings and more. 

 

Timothy McNear, the food truck owner and cook said, “I am also in culinary school at Trenholm State in Montgomery. And therefore I will be bringing some different stuff to the Pike County area. I will also bring stuff that I learned in class and just have fun.” 

 

McNear says the truck is ready to roll and he has his food permit. He hopes to launch next weekend. It was unanimously approved by the board.
