Convington Co. Man Charged With Sexual Abuse of a Child
A Covington County man is charged with sexually abusing a child.
According to U.S. Marshals, Chad Mills is accused of abusing a 12-year-old boy who suffers from a debilitating illness and is confined to a wheelchair.
Investigators say that Mills was the child’s caregiver.
Mills is in the Covington County Jail on a $300,000 bond.
