The Allegations of Sexual Abuse at Tutwiler Prison.

 

Matthew Hall, a former guard, is charged with custodial sexual misconduct. The D-A’s office says he kissed and inappropriately touched a death row inmate in March 2011. So far several witnesses have been called to the stand… including current and former employees. The defense attorney says the allegations began when a “snitch” letter from an anonymous inmate was sent to the warden.
