The Montgomery County DA’s Office Confirms Suspect Arrested in a Homicide
The Montgomery County District Attorney’s office confirms a suspect has been arrested in a homicide. Jail records say that Fredrick Simmons is being charged with capital murder during a robbery. The district attorney says that the shooting happened outside a home in the 25- hundred block of Highland Avenue Tuesday morning. We’re working to bring you more information from Montgomery Police. We’ll fill you in as more  information becomes available.
