Montgomery City Leaders Sell One Court Square
One Court Square, the building that was once supposed to be the QuestPlex in downtown Montgomery, has been sold.Â
The sale was approved at Tuesday’s city council meeting.
You may remember, QuestPlex was supposed to be a state-of-the-art science museum. Â But the money for the project was never raised.
The city also sold other properties in the deal, including land across from the Riverwalk Ampitheatre and near the CSX Rail yard.
The properties were sold for nearly two and a half million dollars.
