Greenville Police Investigate Shooting That Left a Man Injured
Greenville police are searching for a gunman after a man was shot early this morning. Police say a 36-year-old man was found with gunshot wounds on South Street just after 5 a.m. Police tell Alabama News Network that he was taken to a Montgomery hospital for treatment but is expected to recover.
Police believe the shooting happened after an argument. Officers say several shots were fired and the victim was hit in the foot while trying to run away.
